Elliot is totally professional from receipt of call to work completion. Very personable, he has a total can do attitude. Carries a full stock so majority of repairs can be achieved there and then and he won’t keep you waiting. Decent VFM. Many thanks.

Had a Hotel bedroom door locked without no key. Called few locksmiths but was let down. Finally called Elliot and he was here within the hour even though the hotel was outside the service area. Couple mins he had gained back access to the room. Elliot even stayed longer to explain why the door locked and that it had been installed incorrectly! Very professional/ knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone or businesses.
