Loshana5 Starcame to fix four windows that wouldn't open. He explained the main issue which was the lock mechanism and also told me upfront that it may need hinges replacing. Very quick to complete the work, professional, friendly and honest. Couldn't ask for better service, he fixed the windows and it turned out that no hinges needed replacing. They were punctual and although they could not complete the job on the day due to having to order a part, they let me know exactly what was going on, locked us up for the night and came back the next day at the agreed time with the part and completed the job.
