50 Years of Fine Jewellery

Coppins story started over 50 years ago when husband and wife, John and Ann Coppin, moved from London to Wiltshire with their young family.

Having moved to Wiltshire they setup a workshop in Bradford-on-Avon to carry out jewellery repairs and commissions. Their passion and vision for an artisan showroom and workshop soon became a reality with the opening of Coppins of Corsham in 1983.

The business is now led by Daisy Coppin, John and Ann’s daughter, but John’s passion for his work means he continues to work in the business to this day.

After looking in the window wistfully for years I was lucky enough to get my engagement, then wedding, and most recently eternity rings from Coppins. They provide beautiful products, excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend them. The rings I have are my prized possessions and mean a great deal to me. Thank you Coppins.

I absolutely love my gold drop earrings! A gift for my 40th from my friends - Coppins found the perfect match for my style. Earrings are delicate and such amazing quality, I'm thrilled!!

As a long standing and returning customer I am very sad to have place this one star review, but it is deserved. I asked Coppins to make a pendant from existing gold and after 7 months it was still uncompleted, not due to covid issues but staff not understanding what was wanted which resulted in a (sorry to say) ridiculous item being produced. Error identified and apologised for, it was taken in again to be done correctly, but was not even started and was left in a drawer for months. Very disappointing to be given the same sad item second time as the 'reworked' piece when it hadn't even been touched. After discussing the situation with Coppins I have no faith in them completing this, and would have like them to at least try to address their mistakes, which they didn't, so how can I feel like a valued customer. I'm collecting my gold to now have it made correctly elsewhere. Thanks Copping for a wasted 7 months, and sorry your customer service is so poor. If we ever mess up in my business we make sure we recognise our error with an apology, making it right, and give the customer a bottle of wine or chocolates to show we value them - perhaps you could consider this if anyone else comes a cropper with you, don't leave them short changed and disappointed as you did in my case.
