Love copper house jewellery shop, Andy is very much happy and very helpful indeed, I always go back to copper house jewellery shop for repairs and to buy some nice jewellery because you have great customer service with Andy and goes out of his way to make his for his customers happy.😁

I should have written this review ages ago. I had outstanding service from this company. I purchased a watch but after a few months it began to lose time. I did mention to Andy I've previously struggled to wear a wrist watch because i seem to carry a lot of static charge. Without any quibble he replaced the watch and said if it happened again a different make of watch might be better. It happened again so Andy replaced the watch again at his own expense with a Sekonda. I've had this watch nearly 2yrs now and its been the best watch ive ever had. What an amazing service!

Had my husbands watch for 2 months ! I just wanted a watch strap replacement, no phonecall, no communication absolutely nothing. Husband called a month ago, he said he hadn't got to it yet and would need to look in his book. Picked up watch today, no apology, nothing, very disappointed
