Sone Houghton5 StarWhat a hero! Locked my keys inside house at 5pm. Phoned Mark and stressed urgency as I had to fetch my baby from school. Was at my house in minutes, door opened! Once door was open and keys retrieved, he told me to fetch my baby, he’ll email me the invoice. When I saw my 2 dogs, he left them some treats. Amazed by the excellent service. David Bates5 StarMark saved the day for me. I needed a lock and window handle replaced on the bathroom window as I was moving out of the house on that day as it was being rented.
Mark was prompt, approachable and very efficient in getting the job done.
He even went the extra mile of using WD40 on all the windows in the house when he noticed the bathroom window hinges were stiff.
