I called the guy and asked for the quote. Unfortunately I didn't decide to proceed immediately as I needed more time. This maybe got him offended or something. When I called again he said that he will come and help soon. I called another day and he apologized and said that he will definitely come the other day. It happened once or twice again. That was definitely a joke as he never come in the end and I don't think he planned to come.

I had a issue with the lock on the ignition of my van so I could not go to work. I called City auto locksmith in the morning they were very helpful and said they could get it done in that day but it would be in the evening. The guy turned up at mine at 9pm spent over a hour fixing the van and go me on the road for the next morning. Price was very reasonable and the service and communication was first class. Would recommend all day long 👌
