The business may have a good quality service, I don’t know. But if you are looking to deal with someone who is a nice person, this is not the place. I arranged a key replacement. I called on the Monday, they said they’d come on the Tuesday. I told them the road name. I agreed the time and price and date. I should have sent a text message with the full address. I didn’t do so in good time (but I did before he was due to come though ofcourse) and I apologised. I explained the reason for my delay. I apologised. I understood he needed that but I hadn’t done so. I said if that means you can’t come today after all I understand. I apologised for messing him around by not texting. We had only spoken the day before, this is not a booking we had made weeks in advance. He had my number. He had not called to ask the house number or sent a text. I said I know I should have sent that and understood if he couldn’t fit me in after all. Instead of acknowledging an apology or simply saying ok I can’t fit you in. He decided to send aggressive, abusive and rude text messages. I told him I understand I messed it up and I’ll have to find someone else. He kept on with the aggression. I had to repeatedly tell him to stop contacting me. Yes this might be a good key replacement company, I haven’t yet found out. But do not deal with this man if you want to avoid this type of person. If he replies, you will probably get to see that aggression yourself. UPDATE TO REVIEW. The response below says with respect and hope it goes well. I can reassure all future customers that this not how he speaks with people one to one. It is a false pretence. My inbox show his true self. He is an aggressive and shows little compassion or understanding. I did not demand anything and acknowledged my fault and apologised. The excuses and suspicions he has related in his response is unfounded and a way to look better for future customers. Please don’t be deceived. I asked him to stop contacting me. I have then had to block him. I would be wary of giving him your information. His work maybe great, I don’t know. But I got it sorted before 12pm by a much much nicer person to deal with. They charged me less money and were just pleasant and understanding. So glad I gave the money to someone else. This company didn’t deserve it.
