Aj Collins5 StarMy cousin recommended these guys when our uPVC door suddenly stopped locking one evening, To our surprise the locksmith answered the phone really quickly to deal with the enquiry, he asked loads of questions about the door and lock and after I sent some photos of the lock mechanism was quick to diagnose the problem, He provided a quote for worse case scenario which was a new locking mechanism but said it could be something simple, He came to our rescue and was quick to notice the issue which he quickly dealt with and I was pleasantly surprised with the cost as no new parts were needed. I felt the locksmith was very honest and reliable.
