Stancey Njoki5 StarAfter missing our keys, we had to update our locks. The proprietor arrived at our house the same day we called, quickly changed all of our locks, and gave us new keys. He was enjoyable to have around our house. We learned a lot about installing locks and maintaining their functionality from him because he was so knowledgeable. We called on Saturday afternoon, and the technician arrived on Sunday morning, even though he was running a little late, and used his ingenuity, skill, and knowledge in a difficult and complex situation to get our french door working perfectly again at a reasonable price and on short notice. Elliot Maxwell5 StarI had a sticky front door latch that made it impossible to open, and I was effectively locked out of my house! I attempted to replace it myself, but it was too complex and I lacked the necessary skills. I contacted at 5 p.m. to schedule an appointment for the next day, and he arrived within an hour to repair my front door latch handle and then adjust my front door and strike plate.
