Fantastic shop, very well run. No complaints to the service. Items were presented nicely. Was served by the manager and she was very informative on what I should purchase.

Returned a faulty mobile phone (overheating) after a little over a month of use. Upon returning to the shop I was advised by staff of a no-cash refunds policy and in-store credit-only can be given, this was despite a member of staff evidencing the overheating faulty handset. This "refund policy" is no where to be displayed in the shop for customers to see. Within my rights I requested a full cash refund. After refusing the "in-store credit" offer and again requesting a full cash refund, I was then given the "option" for them to "buy back" the handset for a third less of the purchase price!!! A complete insult. Again, I requested a full cash refund which was refused. After two phones calls by staff to their superior, I was given the ultimatum of; 1) take the in-store credit, 2) take the "buy back" offer which was essentially a partial refund or 3) make a complaint online and wait for a response. Stating my consumer rights, and that the device was faulty (evidenced by a member of staff) I made them aware I was not leaving the shop without the full cash refund I was entitled to. One final call by the manager to his greedy, disrespectful and outright fraudulent superior (apparently the franchise owner) and after an hour of my own time, they conceeded and gave a full cash refund. The stress and pressure this clearly caused the members of staff in having to play piggy in the middle and try to refuse me the cash refund all on the orders of their boss, was a complete disregard by the owners of the staff members mental health and for that he/she, the greedy, uncaring, disrespectful person that they are, should be ashamed of themselves. No members of staff should be exposed to such disgraceful behaviour by the owners who hide on the other end of telephone. Avoid purchasing anything from this company, it's a complete fraud who are getting away with breaching the consumer rights of the most vulnerable poeple in society! Disgusted.
