Absolutely shocking this franchise store is length of time from payment to delivery poor and slow , the delivery company they use shocking service ,staff on phone not interested now they got your money if you looking for good service try another store or another company if I could of given zero stars I would but had to give one minimum

A really friendly helpful shop with excellent customer service. They ask if you need any help with with something if you are browsing and let you know that you can just ask for help when you need it and where they will be. If you have a faulty item eg xbox 360 game you can take it back to the store you bought from along with your receipt and they will either give you a full refund or they will very kindly go and have another look for another copy of your game for you as a member of staff in the Warrington cash converters did exactly that fory fiancé when he discovered that an xbox 360 game that he'd bought from the store didn't work on my late dad's (it now belongs to my youngest sister) xbox 360, he returned it to the store and the male member of staff was going to give my fiancé a refund, but when my fiancé asked for another copy the male member of staff went and had a look for another copy of the game.

Don't buy anything from this shop its run by Noddy's who haven't a clue.I bought two shimano ultegra carp fishing reels with a set off prologic bite alarms and receiver which are broke. But I couldn't find the receipt though I still had the bag and price tags and they knew I had bought them from there 2 days earlier but wouldn't change or refund me until I showed a receipt. one reel completely broke the first time I used it the alarms drain brand new Duracell batteries within an hour so really there broke as well. So they must be buying these items of people without checking they work properly and what's £150 to cash converters not a lot they should of changed them out of courtesy absaloute rip off's !!!

Well same service yet again yadda yadda. Well I went in told a member of staff what I wanted and a phone was pointed out to me and sold me with in 10 to 15 mins. Had it now and it's been about 24hrs or so and it exactly what I wanted This has happened on 2 occasions with same result years apart that's No coincidence. So big thanks 👍🏻
