I have used this establishment a few times over the last 14 ish years and every time I am amazed at the level of service I receive, the best customer service I have ever had anywhere.. Damian and his team always go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. This is the 2nd occasion I have had a custom piece made for my wife and although it was not an overly expensive article I felt that the same attention to detail was given as if it was worth millions.. So bravo to Damian, Laura and the rest of the team for their excellent work and dedication to their customers

We have visited S Carr and Son on a number of occasions over the past couple of years for 'special' items - including my engagement ring. The staff are always very attentive, knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble, and they always go the extra mile when we visit - and we come over from Rochdale! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for jewellery now - excuse the pun, but they are a hidden gem......Damien and the team have such expertise....

We searched everywhere in the North West to have a Clogau, Welsh gold wedding band re-sized. We really struggled and found most places do not have the equipment to work with Clogau, unless your in Wales where most jewellers can. We then found Carrs who were so helpful from the off! The staff are great, very professional and ensured the ring fits absolutely perfect, even down to quarter of a size. They didn’t charge the earth, but in all honesty their customer service and turn around times mean you’d be happy to pay either way! I would definitely recommend and thank you!
