Fantastic, unbeatable service from Carl! We moved into a new house and had our Mortice locking mechanism fail on us with the key stuck inside on a Sunday evening. Other companies quoted £200+ without even asking for details of the problem while Carl asked for everything and quoted us a third of what others wanted. He got to our property within 15-20mins and swiftly removed the key and replaced the old lock, while explaining everything to us. Super friendly, fast and competitively priced. Could not recommend him enough and we will definitely call Carl's Locksmiths again if we need one and recommend him to all out friends. 👍

I gave Carl a 5, but only because Google wouldn't allow me to give a 10. Called out at 13:30, on a roasting hot Sunday, when he should have been with his family. Arrived within 20 minutes, finished the job within the hour and charged me less than half of what I was expecting. Can't recommend him enough, top class service and a really nice guy top it all off.
