From the technical aspect everything was completed and tested thoroughly within 40 minutes just as they said. And everything works perfectly.
As for value for money; they undercut the Ford dealer price by 50%. They also replaced my original fob - which was falling apart - for a good price. On top of that they provide a small trinket with a phone number and reference number on it. So if I lose my keys and somebody finds them and calls this company they will use the reference number to find my details and call me.
The people who dealt with me were courteous, pleasant and helpful. They even had very good coffee in the machine in reception which is excellent because life’s too short to drink instant coffee.

Grant Turner5 StarWe needed a new vehicle key as ours broke and had central locking built into it. I was able to get a next day appointment. The whole process took about an hour.
