Had to call them re problem with door locks. They advised they aren't carrying out visits at present but put me in touch with 1st Call Locksmiths Southwest who were excellent.

Things have generally gone a little downhill since the new people took over about 3 years ago. Sadly i needed an emergency locksmith one evening but there was no reply on their emergency number all evening so somebody else had to come out and do it, apparently there is not always someone on call the shop told me. A few weeks later i needed some keys cut they said come back in 30 i was back in 20 only to hear them talking about me and saying they were going to close early and i would be out of luck. If i had not gone back 10 minutes early i would have been locked out... again!
