You can buy a watch in any number of places in Cardiff, but if you intend on buying a Breitling time piece I strongly recommend you visit here. I purchased a Chronomat as a surprise for my wife’s 40th Birthday. Jay and Matt were terrific from the initial visit and viewing. They were very helpful and gave great advice. The attention to detail and high level customer service was nothing short of exemplary. So easily and often over looked in this day and age of autonomy. They were fantastic at arranging a fitting appointment a few days later, and pulled out all the stops to make it a truly unique experience for my wife on arrival at the boutique. You can buy a watch anywhere, this was a wonderful and individual experience from a conscientious and welcoming team that is unlikely to be rivalled in my opinion. Sincere thanks to all of the team at the Boutique in St David’s Cardiff, you were brilliant 🤩

I would really like to recommend the Breitling Boutique. All the staff are very friendly, welcoming, informative and helpful, they provide a shopping experience, making sure you are comfortable and valued. We had a watch back from a service and repair, it sparkled like a new watch, very pleased!!
