I have collected my bespoke Diamond engagement and eternity ring recently and they have not disappointed. The service I have received from Louise all the way from coming in to discuss my initial thoughts to the end result of seeing these beautiful rings on my finger, has been excellent and her passion for matching fabulous jewellery to the right person is a skill in itself. My face has not stopped beaming with delight and I can not be any more happier with the rings......

Met Bradley initially at a wedding exhibition and we both felt more of a friend than a customer. I'm no expert when it comes to jewelry, particularly diamond wedding rings, but the staff were amazing at explaining how they are cut and what the best options were for us. Highly recommended.

Great service, we got our wedding rings from Bradely Hatch, They also made my finaces engagment ring from a diamond my Grandma had in her engagement ring, the finished ring was amazing. We couldn't be happier with everything they had done.
