M5 StarCalled up and spoke to Chris. He was available at short notice and attended within an hour. Just required a change of lock. He came, changed the lock to an upgraded snap proof lock and adjusted the doors so they sat correctly and stopped then from catching on the frame. It's nice to see people who still take great pride in their work and go above and beyond for their customers. Recommend to anyone and will definitely forward to anyone in need.

Looked for a locksmith in my area and was immediately attracted by Chris’s 150+ 5 star ratings. Called him and within a couple of hours he was over to look at the job. We agreed what needed to be done. He had to chase parts but kept me informed. As soon as they arrived he came over to do the work. Minimum of fuss but on time each visit. Costs more than reasonable. Eleanor Lewis5 StarCan’t recommend Chris enough. I was stuck outside my house with a hungry baby and a load of shopping and my front door lock decided to break completely. Found Black Country Locksmiths on Google and after a quick call and WhatsApping him a pic of the door and lock, he was with me in 10 minutes and got me and my baby inside super quickly. Then he came back a bit later and replaced the lock. No fuss, super fast, reasonably priced, and an absolute lifesaver for me that day!Friday 18th March 2022
