We had our key jammed in the lock outside the front door mid afternoon. Two previous companies ( one who had “fixed” the lock a few months before) said they could not come out until the following day which would have presented us with security problems overnight. Even though he was very busy Bickerton Locks still managed to come out at 10pm to make sure we had a functioning lock. Very nice man, professional and true to his word. Thoroughly recommend and will use again if necessary
