I don't like to write bad reviews but I have to make an exception for this. I called them up a month before our wedding to make sure they could do wedding rings in time. They said they could definitely have them ready in 10 days. Happy days. We went in and ordered the rings we liked. My partners arrived in around 10 days then I was called to say mine was not available and they would have to make it which would take around 6-8 weeks (2 months to make a simple wedding ring??). They called back soon after and said their other supplier had my ring in stock and could deliver within a week. Great, crisis averted. A week goes by and I hear nothing. I call them and they say it will be delivered next day or the day after. The day after comes and I hear nothing so call them. They said it will come on Monday (2 days before wedding). Ok, this is still ok, however my trust in them is rapidly going down. Monday comes and it has arrived. I go to pick it up only to find its a totally different model to the one I ordered originally. It looked hideous. They had the cheek to say it was all we could do in difficult circumstances. I cancel this order and get my partners ring only. They refused to give me the original small discount they offered when I ordered them a month before. And had the cheek to say they are losing out when it was their mistake to order the wrong ring. Mistakes can be made but I have to write a bad review because of the lies and incompetence and no apology even though they ruined our wedding day. They even made it feel like it was my fault for rejecting the wrong ring. I found a goldsmith who was so shocked it takes them 10 days to make a ring when he can do something identical to what I asked for in 2 hours. I didn't dare tell him it took them a month and it was the wrong ring. I would avoid them and do your best to cut out the middle man when ring shopping!

It's hard to find an independent shop nowadays, but here we have a shop who offer great advice and are keen to let you choose in your own time. Lovely staff lovely choice a pleasure to do business with.
