Needed a lock replaced on an external door. Was quoted a price on the phone for a like for like replacement. The locksmith turned up within a couple of hours and after he had seen the door suggested a better solution than a like for like replacement. I accepted his suggested solution and he also adjusted the door so that the door now locks easily (was very tight previously). Was pleased that his solution did not cost more than I was quoted over the phone. I would have no hesitation to use this company again and again
