I telephoned for advice, sent lots of photographs and was told that I did not need to change my locks at the moment to comply with my insurance conditions. It is so refreshing to have someone give an honest opinion and save me money. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We were having an issue with our door jamming and called Barrs to help. They were able to come out same day, and quickly identified the issue. We needed new hinges and the door to be re-hung... This was all done efficiently, with minimal fuss. The cost for the call out was extremely reasonable and the company was friendly, communicated clearly and were extremely professional. A thoroughly professional service. We had window grilles installed and the same engineer who came to do the quotation turned up to install the product. He was on time and efficient with his work which did not take long to install. The engineer was polite, Courteous and professional while installing and explained fully in detail how it worked once installed. The price was competitive and cheaper than other businesses we checked before going ahead. In completion, would highly recommend this company and will use again in future for further security installations. Celia and Antony

Excellent service and quality! Victor answered all my questions, provided a quote,and scheduled the onsite appointment to realign our lock within 24 hours. Andy showed up on time, was pleasant and professional, and fixed the lock within 15 minutes. We highly recommend Barrs for all your locksmith needs!
