Amazing custom designed engagement ring from Jamie- honestly better than we could have ever hoped for. Can’t recommend enough Also just to add to this original review- I managed to somehow damage my ring. Jamie and his Dad immediately took it back and reshaped it - within two weeks it is flawless again (see pictures). The care and attention to detail they give is spot on.

From the first moment I contacted Baldwin Jewellers, they were extremely helpful, and I thought it couldn't get any better. However, when I made my first visit to the store, the customer service they offered was even better, and every member of the staff was so happy and accommodating. James was prompt in getting in touch with me and kept me updated throughout the process as I worked with him to create the ideal Bespoke engagement ring for my partner. The timeline from beginning to end was unbelievable, and he was able to complete the design and fabrication of the ring in time for me to propose to my girlfriend in New York while I was taking her away for her 30th birthday and her big surprise (she said YES.) My partner has had so many compliments on the ring, and she adores it completely! I will always give Baldwin Jewelers my highest recommendation, and we extremely pleased with everything, from the customer care to the final product. A massive Thank you!

Absolutely top tier service from Baldwins. We visited to browse engagement rings, and were given ample time to peruse their beautiful selections with zero pressure. Incredibly knowledgeable staff and well established business. They took their time to get to know us and discussed positives and negatives to each ring style. We walked away with the perfect ring and would not hesitate to shop here again. (Hopefully not for another engagement ring!)
