Called this guy when my key was stuck in the ignition and I could not move it, not only was I stranded but I was unable to secure my car and my key had also come apart from the fob with me frantically trying to get it out the ignition. This guy was with me within 20 minutes of me calling him. Diagnosed the fault and set to fixing it. An hour later, a new ignition mechanism (as mine had collapsed) and my key fixed and I was back on the road, oh and not fixed with cheap copy parts either, he uses genuine parts from the manufacturers. Absolutely fantastic customer service, honest, friendly and explained and showed me the part that had failed. Reasonably priced too, I would have needed a mortgage to take to the dealership (as I was told so many times by others that it would be a dealership job) I highly recommend using this guy for all your lock needs, friendly, honest service, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and without a huge bill at the end!
