I cannot recommend highly enough Atoz Watch repairs. Their customer service is second to none. The kindness shown to me by Tom when I explained the issue with my Withings move watch which requires a specialist battery and repair to ensure that the watch continues to take my ecg for my heart condition was excellent.. I cannot praise Tom highly enough and my watch was returned within two days in perfect working order. I also gave Tom three more watches that required batteries and my Omega watch a service. My husbands citizen watch had been lying about for two years as we could never get it to work properly again Tom has sorted the watch and explained to us how to actually work it!. The other two watches were repaired and returned very quickly and all now is perfect working order. I had stopped servicing the Omega watch as the quote from jewellers had been so expensive. The total cost to Tom for all our watch repairs and the Omega service was not even half of what I had been quoted for my Omega watch. Do not hesitate to take any watch repair to Atoz Watch repairs. They are wonderful and Tom is such a gentleman and so helpful and professional. It was so wonderful to actually find a proper watch repairer who is very affordable and who also cares deeply about their customers. Thank you Tom and Atoz watch repairs.

My wife's TAG Heuer required a new battery and Tom was brilliant to deal with. Quick to reply to messages and a pleasure to deal with when I went to pick up the watch. Really quick and professional job. As a bit of a newbie watch enthusiast, I was keen on bending someone's ear who knew what they were talking about and Tom was happy to spend some time chatting with me. Didn't talk down to me in any way and happily provided some advice. I'll definitely be using Atoz again in the future. Further review - 7th April 2022. Just used Atoz again to have my own watch serviced as had noticed issues when winding it and a noise coming from the rotor when it was spinning. Tom advised he was really busy so it may take 4-6 weeks but I got it back after 3 weeks. The watch is now in perfect condition again. Winding smoothly and feels brand new again. This watch has a lot of sentimental value so I'm really pleased with the care taken of it while in Tom's possession. On a side note I attended to collect it with my 3 year old son and Tom was kind enough to chat away to him and present him with a kids watch of his own to take away with us. Brilliant service again and I have no hesitation in recommending Atoz.

Servicing an Omega Seamaster, reinstating original bracelet. Repairing a Rolex and bracelet. Very satisfactory work. If I'd taken "before" photos it would have shown the vast improvement.
