Shelley Barker UW5 StarScott & Archie responded super quickly when I had an emergency at my home, with large bi-fold doors not being able to be locked, meaning my home wasn't secure. They came out within 1 hour of calling, fitted a strong temporary lock to make my home safe, then sourced a replacement lock which was hard to find due to the style, yet went out of their way to get it, then within a few days were back to fit and finish the job. They were flexible and fitted in with my availability & work, and were so neat & tidy and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
