Came away with more than I went in for! ASDA appears to be bringing some prices back to a more normal, reasonable price eg Lurpack actually £2.75 which is the cheapest price I've found for well over 18 months. This store is well laid out with accessible floor staff to help and assist. You can pretty much get everything you need in one shop. There are clear shelves with bargain reduced items too. Well worth the visit 👍

If I could give this place and company 0, I would. So tonight I have had the 3rd delivery cancelled within a few months. No explanation just that it’s cancelled. I complained last time my order did not turn up and (without prejudice) their call centres are abroad. The lady I spoke to had no idea what I was saying and I eventually got so frustrated I just left it without taking it further. On that occasion I ordered party food to be delivered for a major family occasion with all my family attending and just got told it was cancelled. I was offered £5 credit, which did not even cover the delivery. When I asked for the matter to be escalated so I could talk to a team leader/manager I was told I would get a call within 3 days. After 5 days I called back and got told again I would hear from them within 3 days. Another 3 days, I called back and yet again got told I would 100% get a call after I told them I had been let down time and time again. By this point it was 2 months after my initial complaint. So I called back for someone to say “it’s December, why are you making a complaint over something that happened in October” I tried to explain it has been going on since then. but her English was bad and didn’t understand. I asked for all the call recordings on several occasions (as I know I’m legally entitled) but are still yet to receive these. Ombudsman is on bored with the treatment and I hope I will get justice soon

Been today... young lady on the parcel collection... was so so helpful... didn't catch her name .. but I was stuck with a retun .. and she helped me so much .. polite and very patient thank you flower 🌼

what's happening with this store went to do my weekly shop only 2 tills open out off the 5 that are left queues down the aisle and queues at the self service checkouts more staff stood talking in groups on the self service checkout than helping try putting some of these on the checkouts to get the queue down next week i'm going to try sainsburys just down the road at crystal peaks can't be as bad as asda is these days
