I gave this place 3 chances and today was enough. Rude staff. They need training and learn how to talk to people. They made me feel and my family like thieves. We were stopped even when no alarm came on.. Security guy had to check our receipts. He said he was asked by people to check our receipts even though we had quality check before we payed. From my side it was discriminations . I kept my cool because my daughter has special needs. Buy I will not step a foot in this horrible shop.

Could do with improving their Click and Collect, the amount of times we’ve had to wait, due to how the system is set up, and that the person that has to collect the items have to walk the other end of the shop. Maybe a re-think would be a good thing. Other than that, shopping wise, never had an issue. We go here a lot for the fresh made Sushi, and the end bits in a pot, I could eat that every day. Probably the best sushi we’ve had, and the staff will always help and make what you need, if it’s not out on display.

Went in for shopping this morning. Top of till says cash & card. When we were going to made payment cash it was not allowing us to pay cash and lady said its card only when clearly on top the got on cash & card. Then lady was very rude and un professional. She said if you want complain speak to manager and manager is not in today, I have to come in tomorrow to put complain. She didn't help us at very rude.

Price advantage has been lost, a large number of items are no longer stocked across all areas of the store, the trolleys are shot, the toilets are disgusting, the petrol is kept at an inflated price. Such a shame that the Group seem to have lost its market leading position.
