I have nothing but good things to say about Chris and his service. His knowledge and intuition is absolutely on point, and he's a wonderful man to converse with. We had 2 doors that wouldn't open, one had been completely sealed with silicone and a screw right through the mechanism into the frame. The other had a broken gearbox. I was very impressed how quickly he got both doors open and fully functioning again. I'm pleased to say I would never think about calling anyone else to come and look at our doors/locks etc. Chris is the man.

Chris was most generous with his advice regarding a 5 lever mortice lock that was stuck in a locked position with a broken mechanism, and explained how to free the lock so that it could be replaced. His excellent advice made it possible for me to do that, and the lock has now been replaced with a new one. I would thoroughly recommend him, he is very helpful and professional
