Very, very quick delivery. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon, 5 minutes after official closing time. Product arrived at 9am the next day, which was actually a Bank Holiday Monday! Sure, it's a cut down version now, within Sainsbury's, but the new screens do help more than the catalogue. You can view both at the same time, but having the option to view up to date prices and read reviews is very helpful Parking was always an issue in the Supermarket, and as such, is even worse now. However at least you don't have to pay to park close by now.

VERY POOR - came in to collect a mattress that my mum had purchased for me, i came in with my 9 month old baby and spoke to a young chap and asked if he would be able to help me with getting it to the car as i could not carry it. whilst there was an older women just stood there saying that he couldn’t help me as they didn’t have enough staff! even though she could see me holding my baby unable to take the mattress to my car i then told her that i was unable to do it myself and that her response was to the younger chap “you better hurry up and you’ve got less that 5 minutes” whilst giving me a dirty look. i am gobsmacked about how i was treated and to be told that the managers were just sat in the cafe instead of being able to help. and then when i rang up to make a complaint to be put through to a manager after it ringing for over 5 minutes i gave up. i am shocked at the service and am not happy at all! this behaviour is terrible!

The staff at Argos desk amazin they went aboveand byond to get my tranpoline problem sorted with customer awareness and quik thinking they converted a disaster inti a happy result. Wonderfull customer service they obviously know their job and love thinking side ways.welldone Andrea and the young man who arranged everything. I was served by someone called Stan or Spam or Fran or something like that who was very helpful even though she had a face like a slapped arse.When I asked if she worked at Argos she said no I only wear the uniform and badge for a laugh.It's great to see the staff have a sense of humour at Argos Stroud.

Shocking. I looked online before i went, said it was available in store today. So i drove the 5 minute drive. Got there to find out i have to order online. So i ordered online on my phone. It was close to 4pm on a sunday, but i was told id have to come back tomorrow. I was like i checked online ten mins ago, you have it in store. She wouldnt look for me. Told me itll be delivered. Cancelled my order. Never going to use your awful business again.
