Paul1 StarReally unhappy that I bought apple headphones, opened them, decided to upgrade and use the 30 day returns policy and was told as seal was broken not allowed. The policy clearly states they need to be 'In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable) In a resaleable condition. They're unused in the original box with all packaging but because seal opened they're not resaleable. That's rubbish as I could bought directly from Apple and not had this issue.
Lesson - never buy Apple products from Argos!!!Friday 18th March 2022
