Has mostly all you would need at a browse on a tablet or the hood old fashioned way....argos magazine or leaflet...... Good shops, browse the tablet at your leisure, no stress no pushy sales people, all household items, computers, textiles, games, toys, bedroom furniture, they have a brilliant selection for most people, great shop in my opinion.

I was trying to buy a laminator. Spoke the worker, and he was very polite, gave it to me straight, there was a problem with deliveries and he didn't know when they'd get more. Fair enough, at least he wasn't lying though his teeth. Store was clean and machines were wiped down after every use. I'll be back, only because of his no nonsense approach.

The customer service my friend got was absolutely shocking! Shocking to the point she got so worked up and cried. She was returning an item a toy of some sort and they refused point blank to refund it as they tried to say “she used it” when in fact the toy had not been opened nor used.. then she asked for another person to come along and explain to them that she hadn’t opened the toy you could see from the box it wasn’t opened but they opened it in front of people and basically tried to make her look stupid she got so worked up trying to explain herself but when the other college came he was worse than the other staff member so cheeky and rude! She had to go to another Argos and they happily refunded it as their was NO fault and not opened. Bare in mind they spent loads of money that day in Argos, CastleCourt but never again.. train your staff to be nicer :)

Not bad but staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful not at all don't every speak to you stay away
