Called apple yard security as my key got stuck in the lock and couldn’t get it out. Appleyard asked for photos so that they could identify the lock which I sent to them. They came out to fix the lock but couldn’t give me a price. I phoned the office. They couldn’t give me a price!! It happened that I was out at the time and my wife stayed in to get the lock fixed. After he had replaced the barrel in the lock the guy still couldn’t give me a price so I phoned their office. The girl couldn’t give me a price so the director came on the phone and told me that it would be £137. I was stunned to say the least. He said that it was £97 for the call out and additional costs fir the barrel which took about 15 minutes to fit. He said that it should be £187 pounds so I got the job cheap. But the good thing was if it happens in future it would be cheaper because they now know what barrel to put in. I DONT THINK SO!!! Give this company a very wide bear thank because in my opinion they are a prime example of RIP OFF BRITAIN.

Keys cut after problems with machine and operator. A bit better communication with client would of helped but overhaul a good service.

Called in shop 3 times each time the person there couldnt tell me if they would be able to cut a duplicate of my front door key. Left photo and mobile number twice. Still waiting to hear from them. Very unreliable

No locksmith on the premises the day I went .left key to be extended and made a special 5 mile trip to pick it up on the day they said it would be ready ,it wasn't. Not impressed ,the one star is for their covid measures
