I took a white gold ring into the shop to be made larger, I knew it was a bit harder to make bigger due to the stones on the side. But to be fair they did absolutely a fabulous job I’m thrilled I can now wear actually wear it! Can’t see where any work has been carried out on it. Definitely recommend. Thank you

What a lovely Lady that runs this shop......I wanted to purchase a new silver necklace chain to replace a chain that I broke. I rang first, then visited. The Lady was very helpful and took time to make sure I was happy with what I choose. I was shown several lovely chains and finally fancied a chain which was part of a necklace on display. I was offered (and purchased) the chain. Thank you for your help. The buying experience was made a total pleasure by the Customer service that was extended to me. I will be visiting again for the Xmas pressies

Took watch in to be cleaned and new strip face of watch not touched waited 8 weeks picked it up 2 days later doesn’t work 😡
