Just spotted what they did with my lovely Raymond Weil watch. I have been told that it will cost me £40 for the battery replacement. I went there because I read a really good feedbacks. It was about 10mins job - witch is fine but then I was asked to pay £20 on top if I will take a shower with the watch. I went back at home and just spotted this scratch at the back. Absolutely disappointed and I will never ever go back there. May be it worth if you watch cost no more £100 and you don't care at all of the quality of the service. P.S. This is the first time when this watch is going for a service so I am 100% the scratch wasn't there before. I wish to sent it back to Raymond but it is a too late now. Good life lesson

Amazing service - first class all the way - kept me fully informed at all stages. Repaired and restored my vintage Tissot Seastar Seven which has great sentimental value to me as it was bought by my wife for my 21st birthday - a long time ago! I cannot praise this company too highly and would recommend to anyone that they are worth dealing with.
