All the positive reviews of Alsal Watches encouraged me to give them a try and I’m really glad that I did. It’s hard to find a watchmaker with reasonable prices and a short turnaround time in London (and often beyond) and Alsal haven’t disappointed. I have a microbrand chronograph watch that needed a dial swap and some modifications to the sub-dial register hands and I initially made an enquiry by email, which was answered by Ali within an hour. I then took the watch to the shop and Tim had the work completed in less than two days, despite some issues with the manufacturing tolerances of the replacement dial. He then looked at a subsequent issue free of charge and the watch is running as intended. Throughout the process, the level of professionalism and customer service I received was exceptional and the fee was very reasonable. All work is quoted on once Alsal have seen your watch and they only charge for the work that needs doing. I thoroughly recommend Alsal Watches, based on my experience so far.
