This is what a business should be. The gentleman was skilled and knowledgeable: I went in to buy a new lock to replace one that had been misbehaving for a few years, but instead he was able to take it apart and change the mechanism so I was able to put it straight back in the door an hour later, working perfectly. How many places these days prioritise doing the best job for customers over getting the best profits? Too few.

This a true locksmiths. I had a very unusual lock to replace. They recognised but thought it was no longer made in that exact form. 20 minute going though the catalogues and measuring the old lock we had a match. Way better than you average key cutter shop, that claims to be a Locksmith.
