Michelle Savage5 StarI popped into the shop late on a Friday afternoon, was going to ask a question to go back on Monday, the chap, said no bother and did my replacement key for me there and then. The customer service was exemplary, the car key is almost identical to the branded one, but was literally a third of the price. The only minor let down was that the replacement key wasn't as nice as my original VW key - but that's just me being picky. Overall, great service at a reasonable price. Particularly happy with Pete's communication, he let me know that I needed to call in advance as he may have to nip out for an emergency call. Would definitely recommend.Friday 16th July 2021
