Amazing service. Our old door, which had been stiff and difficult to lock, finally gave up the ghost and locked us out on a bank holiday weekend. Alcatraz were here within the promised 20 minutes and got the door opened quickly. On top of that, he took the whole locking mechanism out, found the issue, fixed it, oiled it, and adjusted the door's hinges so it's hanging properly again. Downstairs neighbours will be very happy as the door now opens and shuts without a sound! We had been considering a brand new door but have been assured we don't need it any more, so getting locked out has saved us hundreds of pounds. Very professional, friendly and value for money, even ignoring the very welcome new door savings! Highly recommended. Thank you Alcatraz.

Will recommend to anyone local that needs a locksmith. Arrived quickly to change my front door lock and then was accomodating in dealing with other non urgent lock issues in the house. Excellent value for money and he was completely upfront about any costs. I would 100% use Danny again - thank you!

I called Danny because I had issues getting into a newly purchased flat. I was desperate as I had already been waiting for over an hour for another locksmith who cancelled at the last minute, it was cold and miserable outside, and I had movers on the way. Danny arrived, as promised, within an hour, and sorted it out - turns out the key was broken, so he made a copy on the spot and everything worked fine. Quick, professional service, at an affordable price. I'll definitely be using this company in the future, when I give my doors a much needed upgrade.
