Al F5 StarI called Acton Locks recently as we had a key jammed in the UPvC the front door after the lock finally failed, and the rear door lock also needed attention. A very prompt response and came out same day. Accurate assessment of the issues, a fair price and excellent service, replacing the barrel lock as well as sorting out the door alignment issues we weren't aware of. Fully recommend Acton Locks. He is incredibly knowledgeable about locks, providing us with all the relevant information pertaining door and lock types and their various levels of security. He was interested in learning about our requirements, changed all our specified locks and door handles within the time he specified. He even refused to take a penny until the entire job was completed and we were satisfied.
