Rob is an absolute gentleman. We got our key getting stuck in our lock late in the afternoon. Rob came around on his way home, to fix the lock even though he was finished for the day. Not only fixed the lock but repaired our door also. Great attention to detail. Great knowledge and a great job. Highly recommend.

The service provided was fantastic and Rob went above and beyond in ensuring that everything was as we wanted and needed. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I also enjoyed the conversation Rob and I had about his profession and I can honestly say that I had no idea just how much work goes into making a door. I greatly appreciated the opportunity to learn something new and we would definitely use this service again should the need arise.
