Fantastic service from Steve. Called on a Sunday morning for a door lock problem, with me in less than an hour. Fixed the issue with a minimum of fuss. Very reasonable price for a Sunday callout. Would definitely use again if required.

Called Steve today and he was able to get round in about half an hour fortunately. He checked over the problem and identified it was a lock mechanism problem rather than a cylinder barrel problem as I thought. Sorted and fitted quickly and even adjusted the door as it had dropped slightly over the years. I will recommend and use again when need be!

I contacted Steve Saturday (non emergency apppointment) and he managed to get to us first thing Monday morning. He fixed both issues in under 30 minutes and was polite and professional during his visit. His price was reasonable and I would defiantly use his services again. Highly recommended.
