Amazing service and knowledge, I have used Matty’s skills several times over the years and he never ceases to amaze me. As well as servicing/fixing my watches. I took in a family clock that I believed to be beyond repair but not for Matt he sorted it speedily and efficiently at a great price 👍🏻

Following a recommendation, I walked in to have a watch checked from a previous private purchase hours earlier. Upon inspection, Matt highlighted that not all is what it seems with my watch. Matt inspected the watch and I was impressed at his intricate knowledge and ability to visually identify any oddities on the watch within seconds. I felt comforted in his ability and how he could help to restore the timepiece to its deserved glory. A thorough list was given of what was required and I left the watch 100x happier than when I walked in. Brilliant experience, I cannot wait until I get the watch back in my hands knowing the care it will have recieved. Thank-you, the cup of coffee really helped 👍

Rude staff, all doom and gloom. Practically told me off for moving my antique grandfather clock without removing the pendulum (no choice as I was having a large amount of decorating done in my home and I didn't know you should remove it!). Then told me I'd probably caused lots of damage and that it would cost me hundreds to fix it and have a service. Plus it would be a year before I had it sorted. Well I took the lid off and fixed it myself. Awful staff with zero customer service skills! Disgraceful.

What a great place. The knowledge on clocks is amazing. We've had our old Vienna grandfather clock serviced and they've spent ages working on an old granddaughter clock of my Dad's. Good luck in your new premises, be visiting quite soon I expect.
