Very disappointed in the service received from a local business. Initially to be told the master locksmith would be out within 30 minutes, he was not! Then received a message stating he could be a further 20! Whilst new to the world of paying someone to help me ‘gain entry’ I was questioned throughout if I ‘trust him’ of which I replied I do I am just nervous over the whole process, being a mum of two small children safety and protection is my first priority and it is paramount we chose the right method / equipment! (‘His boot is a shop, filled with all kinds of locks you tell me what you want he said’) - like I know!! Later to find he was going to charge me over the odds for a standard and poorly rated locking mechanism. Upon speaking to my husband we asked him to stop what he was doing given the poor service, quality of materials only for him then to attempt to lock me out after already taking my money which I was unhappy with. I then resorted back to another locksmiths who commented on how ‘bad of a job’ this person before had done! He couldn’t call it work, other than a botched job! And quite frankly a disappointment to their trade / industry. If anything I’d seek a refund from here and sadly would not recommend!
