Michael G5 StarI contacted Alan recently for a quote to open and replace the locks of my two garage doors, after I lost the keys. Luckily, the keys eventually turned up and so I did not need Alan's assistance; However, I was very impressed by how responsive he was, responding to my email within 30 minutes at around 10pm. Came earlier than expected and gave the rest of the locking mechanism a good service, clean and grease. Explained the job and made sure I was happy with it before leaving.
