I got locked out of the house due to a faulty lock. Ashley came out within half an hour, which was great because I’d only popped out for a coffee and was wfh! He got me into the house, replaced the cylinder and realigned the lock with the keep so that the door would lock and unlock smoothly. Very thorough, reliable and trustworthy; and a really nice chap to boot. Would recommend highly.

If you are looking for an excellent locksmith, in the local area... look no further than Ashley. He arrived as agreed, removed the misaligned door lock, and installed the new lock in a completely professional manner. If I ever ( hopefully not) need the services of a locksmith again Ashley would be the first port of contact.

Amazing all round service. Lock malfunctioned leaving me locked out on a Sunday morning so a call out was requested to gain access. Ashley kept me up to date with his estimated arrival and worked really hard (in the snow) to get me back inside. Temporary lock fitted as a new part needed ordering. Ashley kept me up to date with the price and arrival of the part and came out as soon as it arrived. It wasn't an easy fit either so kept him longer than planned. Courteous, hardworking & reliable tradesman.

Key jammed in front porch door, could not get into house. Called AGL, he was out in 20 minutes. My problem sorted quickly and his charge was reasonable.
