Dominic Rapley5 StarI sent an email to Andy late in the evening after discovering that our uPVC back door was not working any more (the mechanism had developed a fault) and he got straight back to me and arranged to be there in the morning the next day. He arrived exactly on time and fixed the door quickly and without leaving any mess. I was dreading a hefty bill or at least a significant call out charge but he charged an extremely reasonable price.
