Mike Surtees5 StarFantastic service! Was able to get straight through on the phone, and had all my questions answered by a friendly member of staff. I was able to send an damaged fob off for copying via tracked mail, have it copied the next day by Metro Locks, and then sent back via tracked delivery with a new one the same day, so I had a new perfectly working fob just 2 days after originally sending the damaged fob off.
